Orchard Cottage

The Orchard and Garden cottages offer deceptively large, self-catering accommodation. Both the cottage sleep up to six (2 twin rooms and 1 double room, all en-suite) and don’t scrimp on space or amenities. They have large open-plan kitchens, dining areas and welcoming wood burning stoves. Facilities include washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves and TVs.

Both the cottages are peacefully enclosed in the walled orchard and both face due west ensuring a bright and airy interior.

The sweeping lawn outside provides ample space for some leisurely activities such as painting, yoga or some al fresco eating at the picnic tables.

This self-contained cottage is equipped with:

All bedrooms are either shower or bathrooms ensuite.

A basket of firewood is provided upon arrival and can be purchased from us, or in the local town, thereafter.

Parking space for cars.
Local amenities/shops etc all within 5 mins of the cottage by car.

YOUR HOME FROM HOME INCLUDES

Bedlinen and towels
Travel cot and high chair are provided with our compliments. Please advise us at time of booking if you require them.

Payment

A deposit of €300 per cottage per week is required upon booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation policy

We hope you won’t have to but if you do need to cancel, we require written notice of cancellation. If deposit only has been paid this is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the property. All rents are to be paid eight weeks in advance of arrival. If cancellation occurs after this date monies will only be returned if the property is re-let.

There will be no charge if bookings cannot go ahead due to government restrictions.
